The first dedication service in 2019 was held at the Jung-gu Church in Ulsan on February 7, right after the Lunar New Year holidays. On February 8 and 10, the dedication services were held at the Yeongdo Church in Busan and the Uichang Church in Changwon. With joyful faces, the members attended the dedication services and engraved on their minds the duties of the saints and the church, giving thanks to God for granting them new temples.

Mother expressed Her delight of seeing the local members and prayed for blessings and well-being of each family. Mother encouraged the members, who kept their faith and glorified God with good deeds, and said, “Those who unite and make efforts for the gospel by encouraging one another are allowed to enter the kingdom of heaven where joy and happiness overflow. Just as Father had mercy on sinners and came to the earth to restore the truth of life, let us become one and have compassion for the dying souls without knowing the truth, and diligently proclaim the message of salvation.”

General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol wished that the new temples would be filled with gratitude to God. “The gospel that started small has spread quickly to the world as well as in Busan and every city in South Gyeongsang Province, and now God has set up a new temple so that there will be no one who hasn’t heard of the new covenant,” he explained the meaning of dedicating a new temple. “In this age when science proves the Bible is fact, we have a mission to inform all nations of God the Mother whom the Bible testifies about. Let’s not forget that proclaiming the gospel all together in one voice is a precondition for the salvation of mankind. Let’s keep pace with the prophecy in each position,” he emphasized (Rev 22:17; 7:15–17; 2 Ti 4:1–5; Mt 28:18–20; Eze 3:17).

Ulsan is a city that has led the economic restoration of Korea with the development of heavy industry, shipbuilding industry, petrochemical industry, and so on. From the Jung-gu Church, you can see the towns of Jung-gu, Nam-gu, and Buk-gu, and at a distance, the Ulsan Bridge and a shipyard. The church building has one story underground and five stories above ground. Established in a newly developed area surrounding Mt. Hamwolsan, it boasts of its panoramic view.

The members are going full speed ahead for the gospel with their ardent desire to preach the love of God thoroughly without leaving out any place.

The four-story building was completed after a long wait. Its exterior has an exceptional combination of straight lines and curves that it stands out even from afar. It is located in a residential area near the Busan International Cruise Terminal, the Korea National Maritime Museum, and the Korea Institute of Ocean Science & Technology. “Like the Yeongdodaegyo Bridge, the first bridge connecting the land and the island in Korea, we will act as a bridge leading our neighbors to God,” the members expressed their resolution. They shared their joy of dedicating a church with their neighbors who helped them in many ways until the construction was completed.
